01 · Build
Create surveys from scratch or start from ready-made system templates. Once published, surveys are versioned, so results are always traceable to the exact questionnaire a patient received.
02 · Assign
Select a patient (and optionally their partner), choose the survey(s) to complete, and deliver the session either as a QR code for the waiting room or as a direct access link via email.
03 · Track
Receive an instant browser notification when a patient finishes. All results are collected in a structured overview, filterable by survey, patient name, or patient ID.
04 · Review
Submitted answers can be reviewed and adjusted by staff before transferring data to MedITEX IVF, keeping full control over data quality. Clinics that prefer a faster workflow can also configure automatic import on submission.

No. Patients open their survey by scanning a QR code or clicking a link in their invitation email. There is nothing to install and no login to remember. MedITEX Survey runs in the browser on any smartphone or tablet.

MedITEX Survey is currently available in German, English, Italian, Dutch and Greek, and we are happy to add further languages. Each clinic decides which languages it offers; if a translation is missing, the survey automatically falls back to the clinic's default language. Email invitation templates can be customized for each language.

MedITEX Survey is hosted in Germany and is compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Patient answers are processed on servers in Germany and transferred directly into the clinic's MedITEX IVF record.
