When your clinic creates or updates an appointment in MedITEX Scheduler, patients immediately see the update in Connect. Appointments requested by patients can be confirmed or declined by your team, ensuring full control over your clinic’s schedule.
Clinics can define appointment rules and configurations individually:

- Whether appointments are confirmed automatically or manually
- How far in advance patients can book
