Every embryo has a unique history. It may originate from donated gametes, undergo IVF or ICSI, receive multiple embryo assessments, be cryopreserved, thawed, biopsied for genetic testing, transferred to another patient, or even become part of a surrogacy treatment.
Until now, finding this information often meant opening multiple records, switching between treatment cycles, or manually searching through documentation.
With History & Outcome, everything is available in one place.
The feature automatically links information across cycles, giving embryologists complete embryo traceability from the original egg and sperm source to the final outcome.

History & Outcome uses intuitive icons to visualize every important event associated with an embryo or oocyte.
At a glance, users can identify:

- Embryo assessments and developmental scores

- PGT/PGD/PID analyses and transferability status
- Cryopreservation and thawing history

Every icon is interactive. A single click opens the corresponding patient, treatment cycle, laboratory entry, or procedure, allowing users to move directly to the relevant information without searching through multiple screens.
Even when an embryo moves between treatment cycles or patients, MedITEX maintains a continuous history, ensuring that no information is lost.
