As part of its integration into the NEXUS Group, CRITEX GmbH has officially been renamed NEXUS / MEDITEX GmbH.
This change reflects the company's new organizational structure following its integration into the NEXUS Group while maintaining the strong MedITEX brand that customers and partners have trusted for many years.
The renaming is purely formal. There are no changes to MedITEX IVF, our products, our services, or the support our customers receive. Existing contacts, ongoing collaborations, and the quality of our solutions remain exactly the same.
With this announcement, we simply wish to inform our customers and partners of the new company name and ensure a smooth transition in future communications.
